Type
A
Most popular. A good choice
where moderately heavy load (particularly small wheeled vehicles)
must be carried, or wherever weight is suspended across a large
span of grating. Constructed of MIG welding two courses of bent
bars between each bearing bar. One complete diamond is formed
between bearing bars.
Other stainless steel gratings (A,AL,BF) will not have serrated bearing bars
Type

choice where pedestrian traffic is heavy and firm foot control
is important. Fewer bearing bars means easier cleaning. A plus
where walkway sanitation is a primary concern. Four courses

that of two complete diamonds between bearing bars.
Other stainless steel gratings (A,AL,BF) will not have serrated bearing bars
Type
