Steel Electro-Forged Grating

Standard steel grating supplied by Bustin is manufactured with a resistance-weld process using heat and pressure. Crossbars are fused to bearing bars to assure maximum strength.

Steel Electro-forged grating is commonly used for steps, stairways, and walkways. Surface can be plain steel bars or serrated for add safety. Standard finish is mill, but galvanized, painted, or special finishes are available.

Steel Electro-forged grating is parallel bar steel grating with 4" CTC on the crossbars and 1 3/16" CTC on the bearing bars.

Steel Electro-forged grating is economical and durable and is considered to be the most versatile of the various types of metal gratings.

This grating is available in grating heights of: 1" x 1/8", 1" x 3/16", 1-1/4" x 1/8" and 1-1/4" x 3/16".

The standard panel sizes available are 2' x 20', 3' x 20', 2' x 24', and 3' x 24'.

Heavy Duty Trench grating availiable for H2O Loading.
