The trade name Rx was derived from a physician's order to have Rx™ Ramps installed on trucks, after injuries occurred, to prevent further injury. We have created the Rx™ Ramp design to prevent accidents and injuries and to improve distribution efficiency.
The patented
Rx™ Ramp was designed for use with a hand truck. For
larger loads the driver deploys the ramp and can offload
several hundred pounds using the hand truck. When the
ramp is not being used it is out of the way under the
truck floor.
The tri-fold ramp folds out from a compartment under
the truck and is ready to use in less than 15 seconds.
The aluminum grating design provides the
best slip-resistant surface in any weather conditions
and reduces the potential of slips and falls.
The 19 degree ramp
angle provides for easy access to the truck. The ramp
has undergone successful field testing at bakery and snack
